Below is a summary of the most important rental information. The binding wording is always stated in the rental agreement and on the Terms page.
We normally ask for two valid forms of ID, such as an ID card or passport together with a driving licence. In some cases, we may also request additional proof of identity or driving eligibility.
The minimum rental period is 4 days. Rental time is charged in 24-hour periods.
If the vehicle is returned after the agreed time, we charge a contractual late fee of CZK 100 for each started hour.
The vehicle must be returned clean and washed, in roughly the same condition as when it was collected. The fuel level must not be lower than at pick-up.
Foreign nationals are not permitted to take the vehicle outside the Czech Republic. Any trip abroad must be approved by the rental company in advance. The renter is also responsible for arranging, at their own expense, assistance/insurance including towing back to the Czech Republic.
The security deposit and the estimated rental amount are paid when the vehicle is collected. The damage excess is usually 10%, with a minimum of CZK 10,000, although this may vary depending on the vehicle.
If the vehicle is involved in an accident or damaged, stop immediately, make the situation safe and call the police. Take photos, complete the accident report and contact the rental company as soon as possible.
If the wrong fuel is put into the vehicle, the full deposit is forfeited and the renter is liable for all repair costs as well as any loss caused by the vehicle being out of service.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all of our vehicles. Pets are not allowed unless agreed in advance.
Any fines, penalties or traffic-related charges incurred during the rental period are the responsibility of the renter. During the rental, the renter is treated as the operator of the vehicle.
Yes, by prior arrangement, the vehicle can be returned to a different Car Rental 001 branch. An additional fee may apply.

We offer modern passenger cars, automatics, SUVs and 7–9 seat minibuses. All vehicles are serviced regularly, clean and ready to go. For most vehicles we offer unlimited mileage – details will be confirmed during booking.

Yes, by prior agreement, pick-up or return is possible outside standard opening hours.
We typically accept cash. Depending on the situation, a bank transfer may be possible by arrangement.
For many vehicles, a Czech motorway vignette is available. We will confirm the details for the specific vehicle during booking.
